"Motel one was a perfect location for our three day visit. The proximity to Christmas markets was our main choice with a young baby. Tram station outside hotel and an ideal location to explore the old town. The hotel has a very welcoming warm lobby area perfect when returning from walking in the winter chill. I would definitely be looking at Motel One’s other locations when on future holidays. "

"Great location, very close to central station and tram stops. Really convenient for exploring the city and zoo, as well as further afield. The hotel is not staffed 24/7 but the adjacent hotel (which is part of the same group) is, and they can assist with check in/out, bookings and other queries. Everyone was really friendly. Not all of the hotel is accessible by lift so if this is needed, let the hotel know when booking. We would stay here again. "

"The hotel is in a non-walkable area to the city center, the public transportation from this place is not frequent. When I arrived to my room, there was a worm in my room and I have to clean it by myself because there was no cleaning service at the hotel on Sunday night when I arrived. I ordered a burger, I received it without a meat inside. They offered me the meat after in a dish to add it. "Clean, modern room and the hotel was really quiet at night. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was the shower gel was running very low and not filled up and only two hangers in the wardrobe which was not enough for our five night stay. Location was ok, not many eating places next to the hotel but only a short walk to the train station where there were great transport links and places to eat. "One of the better Campaniles, although the restaurant was not as good as some others, but quite acceptable. The room had been very well modernised, with a good walk-in shower that had dual shower-heads. I plan to use this hotel again on my next visit, and will stay two nights so that I can spend a day at the nearby Peugeot museum."
