Check in instructions were late by about 40 minutes and when we got in to the property none of the apartments were numbered. I had 2 WhatsApp numbers brother of which were answered you got a response but if was always a couple of hours latet not helpful when your stood in a corridor not knowing where your going. "Wonderful stay in a phenomenal location. A short walk to shopping, coffee, museums, parks and phenomenal restaurants. The staff was welcoming and kind. Would love to stay again if we return. "

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the hotel staff are all very friendly including the cleaners. My room was very clean, it had a tv. There was no mini bar, coffee machine or fridge. I did ask to borrow a kettle which I the staff gave me. My 1st of 2 complaints is that in the room the plug sockets were not easy to use. "El HDSPM de la recepción es una persona nefasta, le hablamos para avisar que llegaríamos 5 minutos tarde y no nos quiso atender, llegamos 2 minutos antes de las 10:00 pm y se hizo tonto para no atendernos y dejarnos afuera, afortunadamente una Srta que contestó nuestra llamada nos fue a abrir para podernos hospedar, sino fuera por ella nos hubiéramos quedado en la calle…. El tipo nos dijo que él tenía una vida y no era el dueño para esperarse a atendernos. Ojalá que la empresa tome en serio...

"Central location ideal for exploring the town. Spacious apartment with many amenities provided. En suite bathroom was a bonus. Access was an issue with the car, but easily overcome double parking out the front to drop and collect luggage. "
