"Everything was good. Location wise, convenience wise (many shops just below n around the hotel), room condition wise (except the water pressure was abit too big for the basin which I find it abit small) and the services from the hotel staff were all good. To be honest we missed our booking over at Hotel Zenit which is located more conveniently as it’s just beside the train station. However, after staying in RH Sorolla, we just feel lucky to be in RH Sorolla. Highly recommended."

"Had a unforeseen problem with no water or functioning bathroom,were attentive and dealt with it very well .Gave me a temporary room and were great to deal with.Nice place by the ocean ,food and breakfast were decent!"

"the room was spacious. it had a bar fridge that worked really well, which I wanted. the shower was was great, which was the 2nd thing that I really wanted. the location was steps from not expensive grocery stores and steps away from one of the central metro stops. "

"Pluses: The hotel was very good overall and I would stay there again. There were excellent amenities nearby and it was very easy to get around. The rooms were very clean. Minuses: The shower leaked a lot in the first room which was a nuisance, but we were very happy with the second room. I gave less stars for the “staff & service” rating solely because the staff member who did our check-in was rather rude and abrupt in manner. Surely, if you are in a customer-facing role, you ought to keep things such as basic politeness in check. Other than that, the staff and service were fine."
