"It is not the fault of the accommodation that l drove from Cape Leuwin without reading the email they sent me with details and that my phone died as l turned into the street. I appreciated they phoned back my partner after l got back into the car to move it out of someone's driveway but l would have liked it if they phoned me back about parking when the street was full with cars even on the footpath. Being close to a hospital and parking time limit signs everywhere, l was a little focused on...

"We arrived on Saturday a half an hour after we advised we would but we could not get into reception, as it was closed and the phone number just said we are closed but no option to be transferred or given an after hours number. We were lucky someone let us in to call. The girl who came down was very helpful but it would have been nice when they rang us on Friday to ask when we would be arriving to give us a number to call. Very clean spacious room and breakfast was all you could want. "
