"The room said King bed - it was a Queen and the bedroom was so small a King would not have fit. The other furniture was massive and had no drawers or cabinets for clothing so that was useless. The site said “Mountain View”, which in any season but winter would be true. There was a huge window wall with two glass doors that sealed so badly that the heavy wind was blowing snow in around the door. "З самого приїзду був зіпсований настрій, коли мені повідомили, що моє бронювання не оплачене. Другим неприємним "сюрпризом" було те, що басейну у готелю немає. Хоча на фото дуже привабливі види декількох басейнів. Також система по фільрам вказує наявність басейну. Насправді то фото Voda Club, вхід в який є платний як і для всіх інших туристів. Навіть знижки немає. Третій негатив - відчуття "затасканості" номеру. Багато всього або зламано, або на межі. Четвертий негатив - прибирання в номері...

"The family suite room had 2 separate rooms which was a rustic log cabin look with a lovely balcony. There was a refrigerator to keep drinks cool and a electric kettle. The beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and since we left early the cook left us breakfast to go. Be aware, they do play music outside at the property until 10pm. Bukovel ski area is a > 1 km walk to the base."
