"We arrived at breakfast at 9.30 - after recommending from the receptionist (earlier would be a hassle due to many people). But all basic food were missing (bread, eggs, cheese, croissants, fruit, etc) it was very difficult to get anything and the waiters were busy cleaning up. "

Room was poorly lit and was horrible buzzing from extractor fan /air conditioning unit from outside my room 117, wish I had asked for alternative room as really effected my sleep. "

"Kom til eit kaldt rom. Badet var fryktelige kaldt, spurte om varme til gulv, og fekk beskjed om att det ikkje fantes. Tett sluk i dusj , måtte stoppe vatn for att det ikkje skulle renne over gulvet."
