Thank you goes a long way. 라는 말처럼 말 하나하나, 작은 배려 하나하나가 이곳에서의 숙박 경험을 더욱 의미있게 하는 것 같습니다. 조식 뷔페도 메뉴 옵션이 다양하고, 음식 퀄리티도 매우 뛰어납니다. 영업을 시작한지 얼마 안 된 곳이라 청결함, 깔끔함도 상당합니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 곳이나, 단 한가지 흠을 잡으라면 방음이 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 귀마개를 하고 잤는데도 복도 소음이 잘 들립니다. 호텔의 하루 당 투숙 가격 단가에 비해서 말이죠. 바닥재를 좀더 흡음이 잘 되는 소재를 쓰시거나 문이 좀 더 방음이 잘 되는 소재였다면 좋을 것 같습니다. "

"Staff was friendly and we didn't have any communication issues from check in to check out. The location was a good spot to walk to nearby tourists attractions. "We loved the stay. It is a hanok, which means we slept on a futon, but I would not want it any different. The staff let us check in early and stored our luggage until it was time to leave. We received a letter translated to English on our arrival as they did not speak a lot of English. Their understanding of English was better than my understanding of Korean. Prior to our arrival, they also sent us detailed instructions for us to give the taxi driver. I hope to go back some day."

"직원의 실수로 ktx 기차도 놓치고 대신 고속버스로 서울을 갈수있도록 도움을 부탁하였는데 이것도 날자를 다른날자로 구입을 해주어서 직원의 두번째 실수로 고속버스도 놓침 참으로 황당하였습니다. 저의 잘못도 있었습니다.직원이 탑승날자가 다른날로 구입한 티겟을 확인하지않고 호텔을 택시타고 고속 터미날로 가서 확인이 되어 버스도 놓침 미국에서 오랜만에 한국방문을해서 잘몰라 내 스스로 구입을 하지 못한것을 후회하였습니다. 그러나 실수이었기에 이해하기로 하였습니다. 감사합니다."

"I enjoyed my stay at Becky Guesthouse. I love the art gallery & café on the ground floor, a lovely space to rest. The welcome tea is a nice touch. The location is perfect to visit Jeonju’s main attractions just a few minutes walk away. Lots of shops, cafes, restaurants, etc, near by. The room had everything I needed. Quiet location, just some guests slamming doors… Bus links to Jeonju’s train station just down the road which was handy. Thank you for a lovely stay in Jeonju :) "

"The area’s really great - Jeonju Hanok Village is a big tourist attraction and well worth it. This place on the other hand not so much. Customer service was outrageously rude and inconsiderate. The man we talked to on the phone when checking in had a nasty tone and was extremely disrespectful. The rooms also don’t have much privacy so keep that in mind if you’re looking to book."
