"We enjoyed our few days in Adelaide, the Accomodation was good. Car parking was limited and New Yrs Eve when we returned the room access cards did not work, entry to inside doors keypads did not work. After a while when Security arrived people were able to get into rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks ."

"We were unable to work the TV and we have been charged for breakfast we didn't have. The shower did not drain away in Room 408 needs to be fixed. "

"This is a gem of a hotel. We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas lunch in the restaurant. The room was extremely good. Comfortable and spotlessly clean. Every staff member we met was friendly and helpful. Special mention to the housekeeper on duty on Christmas Day. She had a positive and helpful attitude so rarely seen these days. Thankyou. We look forward to our next stay"

"Staff helpful, friendly and professional. Solved double billing issue immediately. Ensuite very cramped, with wash basin in room, not ensuite. Otherwise all good."

"Was a bit of a mix up with our booking - we saw pet friendly on their website but turned out the room we had booked wasn’t however it was all good in the end. Lovely “villa” and site. We loved it and would defo be back "

"If you want a quiet and comfortable place to stay the Empire is pretty good. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I liked the renovations, the lighting was great, mini fridge, kettle, ironing board and iron. Loved that other guests had left their streaming profiles logged in! The staff were friendly and overall i would stay again. Maybe next time they will have a kitchen. I think k that’s the only thing missing a restaurant attached."

"Used for work - rooms were great - had a recently refurbished room. Bathrooms slightly small. Kettle toaster and microwave in room - plenty of tea and coffee facilities"
