"Very nice property. Friendly staff. We rented the downstairs single bedroom villa that had an outdoor kitchen area and pool. The upstairs was a two bedroom villa that I am assuming would use the same pool as us. No one had regrets it so we had the whole thing to ourselves. The villa is surrounded by a tall wall and locking gate. Very secure and pretty quiet."

"We spent 2 weeks here and felt cared for by the staff. We loved the pool, the walkways and koi ‘river’, the cocktails, massages, the rooms were comfortable and bathrooms generous and outdoors. The neighbourhood had alternative close by food options which some delicious others ordinary… we did venture out but enjoyed staying ‘home’ where the food was fresh and tasty! The Alam Candi was so pretty and calm. We loved our holiday! "

"Ms. Siwi and Ms. Sri made this a very special stay. They were incredibly helpful in communicating prior to our arrival and they were accommodating and hospital during our short stay. They are the magic that made this a memorable stay. The hotel itself is small with not much social public areas. There is a lovely small pool which surprisingly was cold after the rain - a much welcome surprise given the humidity- very refreshing. The restaurant is a wide open air area below ground level. "Absolutely beautiful and serene. The entire staff from reception, housekeeping, restaurant and spa were lovely. The restaurant was excellent and diverse and the breakfast included in the price was a full 4 course meal "

"The room was very small and suffocated with not adequate airflow. The actual property did not look like the picture at all. This is a false advertising and it is a shame that hotels.com allow this. Very outdated place. The room smelled unfresh and was not cool even with aircon. The price in hotels.com was actually way higher and no refund."
