"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. "Amazing hotel with spa and pool. Super buffet breakfast. Excellent reception with English speaking staff and beautiful statues. Restaurant built 100 years ago but hotel 6 years ago. Felt brand new, absolute luxury, power sockets everywhere. Recommend this hotel to everyone. Great health benefits to Heart and lungs from the air and water 👍"

"It has a bed and breakfast feel. Very clean, beautiful rooms. Nice kitchen to use. Lovely property and a small pool and play area for young kids. Nice and helpful staff. a 5 min walk from Town Hall with all the shops and restaurants. Only downfall is that some properties in that area are run down and many abandoned. "

"Great views, cool crisp air, good food and service, nice trails nearby...just refreshing. We really enjoyed the overall great hospitality. Highlights: the shower is amazing, the bathroom looks newly renovated and they had an elevator. No real downside other than I thought the bed was too firm but that's personal preference."

"The flat was splendid when we arrived. The puytloun hotels itself where the key was obtained was a paradise when we saw it. We didn't know about pytloun prior to the trip. Only issue we had with the apartment there wasn't ventilation prior to our arrival and the whole place had a little smell from the bathrooms. The apartment in itself is an Amazing place to live for a trip. I'd recommend the windows, maybe one, be a little opened before arrival of guests. But It was a lovely place"

"Er man til nostalgi og gamle huse er stedet perfekt. Værelset er holdt i gammel stil med træ og gamle møbler. Vi nød balkonen udenfor værelset hvor man kunne sidde og spise. Dejlig atmosfære og en sjov og god oplevelse. Kan varmt anbefales"

"Nice hotel with very good location - 10 minutes walk into the city center and 20 minutes walk to the lake. They provide a big garage for bicycles and very good and quality breakfast. The only thing I was missing was a fridge in the room, otherwise we had a really good stay."
