"The venue is stunning, but the service was disappointing. We waiting a very long time for in-room service. Glasses and cutlery were dirty we could see lipstick stain on our glasses. My message bed towel was dirty with makeup & lipstick stains as well, that immediately put me off. The food was very dull and not tasty at at 1/10! "

"I was not happy at all, when i booked online via Hotels.com the place showed that there's availability, paid everything in full however on the day that we are supposed to check in i got a call from the owner that there's no space for us😒 she then offered to arrange an alternative accommodation. "It’s a very well kept property which is next to main road. Host Rochelle and her husband is very welcoming and kind. We, a pack of 5 people went there to Braai, party and have a fun night and we really had a great time. Breakfast was okay. A special mention to the bread that is very well made. Thank You Rochelle for making our stay a pleasant one. We’ll see you soon. Cheers!!!"

"The Rabbit Hole is a funky, niche hotel near the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site. In the area you either get "lodges" or small chain motels. I love the place and stay there frequently when on expeditions. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean."
