There are many double standards, i.e. No place for people to enjoy the day and have theri smoke aditioction. the signage around the facolities state that smoking is not allowed neare than 50m, but the indoor poole has a smoking area 5m away from the building. only 1 little area that says smoking, but only maybe 5 people can satnd there, the people want to relax in there own environment. "My husband and I had the time of our lives 😍 the place is clean, food amazing and a bar which made our visit extra fun. Great place to gather on New Year’s Eve, great company with strangers. Hospitality of both the owners and staff ❤️will definitely make a return"

"The lodge was very clean and tidy. The owner and security made me feel very welcome and safe and nothing was to much to ask. The property has a hike up the ridge behind for great views. You could if you wanted to hike to mountain sanctuary its about 2 hours there and another 2 hours back. It was well located just off a main road. Giraffe, Zebra all came onto property to feed on the land which was quite exciting."

"Woodlands Gardens is located near Magaliesberg. The accomodation was clean and well looked after. The common areas i.e. the pool was very nice. The owners have very friendly dogs and our dogs were welcomed and enjoyed it very much. Locates close to many hiking areas and restaurants. The owners are friendly and have good communication with guests. A little on the priciers side for what you are getting but still a great weekend away."

"Not a great choice. Hotel very run-down. Staff were friendly and tried to help but the rooms were in a construction area and shouldn't have been advertised as available as they did have even basic towel rails or door handles on bathroom. the toilet leaked all over floor and had to change rooms. The new room toilet made a noise all night but we couldn't close bathroom door as no handle. Beds were not king but double - challenging for 2 per bed. You get what you pay for, I guess."

"Overall stay was dismal. The place was not what it was advertised to be. I had to asked to have my room changed. The shower taps were not functioning properly. Tiles were loose in the shower and had mould growing on them. Towels were stained. Aircon was not working. The curtains were too small for the windows. When we were moved to the new room. The linen smelt really bad. There were no sanitary bins. It was very noisy the wifi is of no use as there is no connection. Breakfast was terrible."
