"We got to the property at around 3:30 and the room was not ready yet. We waited in a lounge room that has games and free coffee. The property does not have parking, so you have to use public parking about 30.00 USD a day. The breakfast was so crowded we did not stay. The shower was very small, kept hitting the glass doors. "Beds extremely comfy, very stressful being at breakfast due to the sheer amount of people, no tables and just people waiting or people sharing tables. Definitely not ideal. Overall though the hotel was a convenient location and was close to everything you'd need for a trip to Tromso. Room was a good size, we stayed for a week and were comfortable. The bathroom was lovely and spacious and the heated floor was a wonderful addition. We would come back but not sure we'd do the same time of the year...

"They don’t clean the room for you each day unless requested in advance. The room was really basic, no fridge which was quite a downer. For the price paid it’s quite disappointing. The breakfast and daily evening meal was quite substantial so that’s good. Overall, the location was great so that saves us a lot of time."

Nice breakfast buffet to help you start the day with full energy. "Good location just out of the centre. Easy bus links to airport. Room was simple but didnt want for anything....couldn't get tv to work but that wasnt important. Breqkfast would benefit from hot food bit its advertised as continental so cant conplain. Staff were very friendly ans helpful. I reported shower had a leak and receptionist took a bote to sort. Would recommend and stay again"
