Unfortunately the access to the lake is not the best. But this hotel is the perfect spot to start some day trips. One can clearly see that this hotel is not state of the art anymore. "This hotel was in a great location. Close to the lake and boat service. Also within walking distance to a grocery store. The food (dinner) was AMAZING. Highly recommend making dinner reservations there. Breakfast was a typical german breakfast which also was good. The staff was nice and the hotel was well run. We will stay here again next time we come. "

"Beautiful, very comfortable property, a variety of restaurants and wonderful staff! I would highly recommend staying here!! Some small things to note: - there is only 1 washer/dryer in the basement, you need E1 coins to operate & you own laundry soap. It would be nice if there was more than 1 machine, I can only imagine how busy it is in the winter during ski season. Also, it would be nice if individual laundry detergent was sold onsite as grocery stores are not nearby & have limited hours....

"Please note this is a family hotel which may be exactly what you are looking for. However, this involves kids running around parking lot and hallways. Hallways are all wood so there is a loud echoing sound. You can see from my previous reviews of other properties that I’m not one to complain. We found the need to eat the prepaid expense and move to another hotel."
