"It was a great stay here. The service was wonderful, and the quality of the room was top. HOWEVER, the pillows and the shower are terrible. The pillows, there should be hard and soft pillows, they were very uncomfortable to sleep on. "good: got a nice upgrade, good breakfast, good area, close to city center. inconvinient: we were there with an electric car, there are 4 chargers in the parking, but the parking is public so you only get 4h to charge then you either start again or move the car, i undersant that is good so everybody gets a spot to charge but when you arrive in the evening and want to sleep to go after 4h to restart charching and then again after 3h to move the car you don't get much sleep. or you do as i did pay...

"While the location and property itself is fine, it is in a high standard with artsy feel there is one major shortcoming. Apparently hotel has this weird “policy” whereby they assume guests do not want room cleaned (for staying more than one night) unless they inform the staff they wanted room cleaned or put a “sign” on the door saying you want room cleaned. The front desk agent was not sympathetic and did not understand how ridiculous the policy is. I’m surprised other guests did not mention...

Das Hotel verfügt über eine recht große Tiefgarage. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Personal immer freundlich. Bei der Anreise stehen Gepäckwagen zur Selbstbedienung bereit. Hier hätte ich mehr Service erwartet. Auch die Mittagsbewirtung auf der Terrasse (am Samstag) war etwas holprig. Alles in allem trotzdem ein...
