"The service was terrible. We booked a room online that said SLEPT 4…. It was a queen sized bed, in a room with barely any walking room around the bed. Literally 2 people would have been squished, so we had to upgrade (since we had 2 children with us). Online it said that there were TWO restaurants on site (one was closed and they didn’t mention that).. online it also said they had childcare (they didnt) We were told free parking - it was 30 euro. No one spoke English. So frustrating....

"Nice room, despite the property looks a bit old, good breakfast. The hotel is on a hill so it takes about 20/30 minutes by feet to reach the city center. A bus is also available, but it doesn't pass very often."

"Lovely cozy place with traditions, good food and nice people in a pretty Czech villa. Pets cost extra, which they failed to mention on the booking page, other than that all looked exactly like on the pictures. Our room could use some minor cosmetic renovation but it was very clean and a good deal. I was happy with this choice. "
