Negative: I was very disappointed because I had asked about EV charging before through Facebook. They neglected to mention in their response that they charge a 10€ flat fee. The property has schuko sockets available so there’s no way to charge 10€ worth in one night. I would have been ok to pay a reasonable price per kWh."

The beds were grubby and needed changing no clean sheets the food served was not up to standard the manager said he had lost his staff before we arrived they all took Christmas holidays entertainment was a pool table we had to rely on trips to the main Santa Claus village on a 140 kilometre round trip...

When business was finally reaced, they advised it would take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes to arrive with a key for acess. Note there is no front desk or any employee on the premises. When Hotel.com “customer service” was advised of problems, they would not immediately cancel our reservation stating that they needed approval from the business."
