There's no microwave not only in the room but the whole lodge didn't even have 1 single microwave, not even in their kitchen. "Hi, when i entered at hotel there was no porter to pick my luggage. then when i enter to room i found so much dirtyness and i found it was not like as per Picture Uploaded in expedia.com. Secondly, wifi was not performing okay Thirdly, HOT water is not coming properly and cold water is dirty as coming out from TAP. "If you are looking for luxury lodging this is not it. But it has a very cool and comfortable vibe to it. It was winter when we stayed (June) so we did not use the pool but they were still keeping it clean. The best thing about this property is the service. Property manager (Darius) and his staff did absolutely anything they could to make our brief stay everything we wanted it to be. The property is also very conveniently located to all river/falls tours. Very happy we chose to stay here...

"I can not recommend this property. It looks nothing like the photos. It needs serious maintenance. I can say that the bed was comfortable and clean. That's about all I can say on the positive side. The ponds are completely dry. Grounds are not well maintained. Bathroom door did not latch. Fridge did not work. No drinking water in room. Mosquitos were plentiful.
