"If you can’t climb over 5 flights of stairs request a lower room! The view was amazing. Breakfast was awesome and they provide a laundry service for a fee but worth it as they fold it all and have it ready for you at the end of the day! Very helpful and friendly! "

"You do not expect luxury for the price but our room was very different to the light and cheerful rooms advertised online - we booked a studio room which was dark and gloomy, had harsh artificial lights, a broken bed (which was fixed during the stay), and a very tired and old bathroom.
