"Thank you for making my first visit to Cairns safe and comfortable. Sam and Irene were very gracious hosts, assisting with early check-in and early check-out, directions and recommendations. Quaint, old school charm. The location is ideal and walking distance to everything, from the esplanade and CBD, to the marina and Central Station. Tour pick ups were conveniently located at the hotel or the Novotel 2 blocks away. I never felt unsafe walking to/from rhe hotel, no matter the hour. The room was...

"We were in apartment 35. It was more than ample with a well equipped kitchen, huge bathroom with even a laundry hidden behind mirrored sliding doors. Loved the back gate access to the very short walk into the centre of Palm Cove. Quiet location, loads of pools to choose from with the resort. Well maintained gardens. Easy drive north to Port Douglas and beyond or south back into Cairns. We throughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you to the staff who made it possible. "

"Ive stayed here three times now, its a central location, the rooms are a tad run down in some areas but they are clean and comfortable. I would recommend staying here. "

"We stayed in a cabin which was very comfortable. The complex seems to be mainly geared to kids as there's plenty to keep them entertained. The pools were great although there could have been a few more chairs. Happy hour every afternoon, good choice of food. We will stay there again, next time we go to Cairns."

"Had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing, right in the centre of Cairns so you are so conveniently placed for food, shops, the reef depot, pickup for activities booked, the esplanade etc. The room we had in the hotel was brilliant, so clean, modern, fresh with outside access to the pool, so we had a lovely stay. The reception was full of activity leaflets so there is plenty to choose from. Overall we were thrilled with our stay."

"Lovely stay . We asked for a higher floor and this was accommodated . Same room as a previous stay which we were delighted with . Gorgeous sea view . Wi fi has been massively improved which is great. Spacious suite and we had a late check in which was no issue . Also appreciated the luggage storage on check out as we had a later flight .
