"I have booked one night stay with breakfast included. During check in process, I agreed with reception that breakfast should be ready at 07.30. Next day in the morning the reception and restaurant were closed and I could not find anyone who could explain me this situation. I finally left the hotel without breakfast I paid for. "

"We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We stayed for one night in a cabin. It was perfect for our needs but I would not want to stay for any longer than that as it would be too small. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not good. Luckily we brought our own. The service from the staff in reception and in the cafe was really good and we had a really nice meal."

"2 night stay here out in the wilderness. The room was great and spacious and modern. Restaurant food was a buffet on the first night which was not bad all in all. the second evening meal however left a bit to be desired. A single lady sat on our adjoining table had obviously been in the room a while. She had obviously choosen the same meal as what my wife and I had both ordered.
