"The AC wasn’t working in the rooms. I asked to be changed immediately upon checkin. When I got to the new room, there was air coming out of the AC dust but it wasn’t cold. That night, it was warm and impossible for me to sleep. I was sweating. Called reception and the gentleman was very nice who offered to change my room immediately or the next morning. "Nice hotel. There was an issue on arriving to my room. The AC worked, but no lights worked. I returned to the lobby and they wanted to send up maintenance. I suggested a different room because I didn't want to deal with maintenance. They changed my room and the new one was fine. Breakfast was very complete. Staff were friendly. "
