"The staff was very nice but the dinner wasn’t so great. On the other hand, very good breakfast. I would suggest to have extra blanket in the room. It gets cold at night. Also, the hot water should be regulated. It’s way too warm if you don’t pay atttention. It could harm a child when showering. "

"This hotel is convenient and the location is scenic. However the hotel is very close to the road which results in a lot of traffic noise. While the room was spacious, the hotel could use some upkeep. The restaurant was not operating at the time of our stay. All in all, as a jumping off point for a Bromo tour it was fine. We arranged a driver through reception and he was fantastic. "

"Good restaurant with a lovely garden vibe. The colourful lanterns in the evening were a great touch! The balcony at sunset was lovely. Getting on a Mt Bromo Tour was easy. The lighting in the rooms weren’t strong, but didn’t bother us too much. Enjoyed our stay!"

"We arrived to find that we were not expected even though we had booked and paid in full via Expedia before leaving England. The man on reception was very apologetic and tried to contact his 'boss' but to no avail. Eventually he put us in a 'Villa', 'Cottage Room'.
