"The hotel is nice, and the staff is friendly. However, there is no shuttle service from the hotel to the airport during the day—only from the airport to the hotel. This was not mentioned during the booking process, so I only found out upon arrival. Because of this inconvenience, I’m giving it a 4-star rating."

"A really good three star property - comfortable, spacious rooms - bathroom was fine too. No coffee and tea in room but there was a help yourself machine in the lobby. Breakfast was excellent - particulary bakery goods and delicious loose-leaf tea. "

"The apartment we booked through this hotel was great, spacious, in a good location. The beds were so so but everything else was comfortable. On two different occasions we encountered things with the hotel which didn’t align with our hotels.com booking. So I would not trust what the booking company tells you. We booked a room for 3 people and were told the room only slept 2 and then when we arrived we were told that parking needed to be reserved ahead of time while hotels.com just says parking...

"Special thanks to Tolgonre for her support excellent service. The hotel is newly renovated and comfortable. The only complaint would be the poor WiFi in our room. To be fair, we were offered another room with better WiFi. Ty e underground covered parking was also a nice feature. "
