"I reserved room with 2 queen beds, upon arrival I was told they only had room with 1 bed. When I got to room it was a full size bed not even a king. I had to go back to front desk and he stated that’s all they had left. Then he took a phone call and started helping another customer. Another receptionist asked if he could help me and I told him the problem and he did offer me a king room even though that is not what I reserved. He said they must have given those out during day shift. "

"I think this is a very nice hotel. It is like they thought of everything from the breakfast to the food and drinks in evening They even thought of supplying paper cups at the entrance to the pool area so noone would bring glass into the pool area. Very nice hotel if your in the area."

"I’m deaf and so some service not needed. This is a return visit better then my first. I’m planning to return again. "

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. The dining and entry area looked very nice. The room was dated and worn, but they are getting a renovation soon. The bathroom was clean but room was dusty and not as clean as I expected. The workout room was warm and stuffy so didn’t use. "
