"This place is really unique and that's why we chose it. The staff were super nice. Room was clean. We didn't get a chance to have dinner here but my husband did go for breakfast one morning and said it was really good. The grounds themselves are very nice and quiet. The only thing that was irritating was there was no power outlet in the bathroom to use the hairdryer and straightener. I had brought a small mirror along and had to do my hair in the walk-in closet area where there was an outlet. "

"We have a nice stay in here. Room was very clean, easy check in and check out, they also kept our luggage after check out for couple hours. Room was a little cold and the shower is really small, also water pressure wasn´t great at shower. Bed was comfortable and good size room. Great area close to train station, public transport, bike rental and Phoenix park. Very good budget option."

"The property worked very well for our purpose of visiting the city of Dublin. Our stay was very comfortable, the breakfast was great, staff very pleasant, and we ended each day with a nightcap at the on-premise restaurant. Parking was free, plentiful and safe, and the bus stop was 3 mins away. The property is showing its age but we were very happy with our decision to stay here."

"We booked this property last minute. From the moment we arrived and met Deirdre, I had a feeling we were going to enjoy our stay. Deirdre is very warm and welcoming. We stayed in Applewood cottage. It is a beautifully appointed cottage, I couldn't fault it in anyway. It was clean, beautifully decorated and with a very comfortable bed. We talk some time to walk the grounds of the property, it was lovely to be in a rural setting. I highly recommend this property as place to stay. Looking forward...

"Was a bit confusing getting to the location at first but we found our way. The size was perfect for our stay. Didn’t need anything big. The floor boards between the rooms was noisy so it was hard getting to the restroom quietly and not waking anyone. It was quiet, except when students came but that was when we were about to leave for the day. Shower was spacious and clean and hot. We really appreciated the tea and breakfast option. "
