"Great stay and staff were really helpful and friendly, only issue we had was that when we arrived we did not have a code for the door but this was resolved really quickly, unfortunately Hotels.com did not pass my mobile number to the apartment so they couldn't send me the code, but apart from that it was a great apartment and definitely stay there again"

"Rooms displayed on website look nothing like the rooms you receive. We had two rooms. Both were small, dark and smelly. The bathrooms smelled like old water. One room was cleaned daily, the other room was not touched by cleaning staff in three days. Neither room had hung door cleaning request. They just came in to one room but not the other. "The only problem we had, was the bed. Super soft, squeaky and the pillows were almost none existent. Needs to be much firmer in my opinion. If I was sleeping alone, might have been okay, but for two people… never again. If the bed was different, I would stay again. Everything else was great. "

"This is a very unique property which we enjoyed very much. We had read the the reviews so we knew that it could be loud from the city square. It was! But we were prepared. We also knew that there was no AC and it happened to be unusually hot weather. But we asked for fans and they were provided the next day. No complaints from us. if you want modern-go to a modern hotel. We LOVED the history of where we were staying. We would have appreciated having coffee in the room instead of just tea...

"Zamieszanie z check in polegające na braku kodów do apartamentu i potrzebny kontakt telefoniczny. Do tego godzina na hotels.com była inna niż w obiekcie. "It was very nice, with a Great location. Only issue, was the second bedroom, in the loft, had a extremely thin matress, (40mm), and was very uncomfortable . Other bed was good👍"
