"Nice roadside property in Panchgani. Good spacious room with all amenities like spa, saloon, playing area, and kids play area. They have beautiful garden and valley viewing points. You don’t need to go outside to any other valley viewing points. Restaurant food is also good with valley-facing seating. Overall, nice stay experience and value for money. "Extremely disappointed with the service as we had called before hand to ask about the amenities and they said everything is available, however, after reaching the hotel, no amenities were available except the pool which was extremely dirty and full of chlorine.
