"The staff is amazing and they take care of you so well but the rooms (or at least the one I stayed in) are falling apart. There was a huge hole in my bathroom wall that made me nervous about critters and a lot of the finishes were rusted and old. On the upside I felt safe as a female solo traveler. It’s so incredibly close to everything while still being tucked away from all the Ubud city center noise "

"Even though this Hotel is slightly run down and had a few issues, my wife and I could not speak more highly as the location and staff were amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 days here and are already planning our next trip back."

"The hotel offered excellent value for money, the room was good, the Aircon worked properly and the shower was hot. The swimming pool was great. Downside things were, the shower floor was very slippy when wet and the noise of the music from the restaurant next door could be heard at night. "

"This property was in a great location, the staff were very friendly, and the pool was nice and cool. The only down side to the pool was it was literally at the door steps of guests rooms, so you felt awkward swimming infront of their front doors."

"Stay was okay. We were in a Villa and enjoyed the big space. Only one room has AC. The wifi was having problems and being furthest from the front, meant no access the majority of our stay. Towels did not look too clean and the furniture had stains. The pools were lovely. Although there’s not much around, there’s a few food places and a convenience store without walking distance. Staff was very friendly."

"my daughter and I had a lovely stay at this hotel. We stayed for one and a half days so we had one night and the day until 7 pm. Our flight was at midnight so it was very convenient. Having a late check out the cost for the checkout was half the overnight fee and it was a good price.the room was fresh and clean. The staff are helpful and the pos are very good too. we had dinner one night and the food was lovely. The hotel is I located near many good restaurants and shopping . i. understand...
