"We have stayed several times at this hotel because of its location next to the airport with access to parking and its only a 20 minute drive to the city centre. The hotel staff are professional and friendly and very helpful making for a relaxing stay . When booking we choose the club rooms , these are slightly larger than average and come with access to their club lounge where you can relax and enjoy complimentary refreshments. Great value, great staff and great location. "

"First time staying at New Inn, even though we have attended many events and meals over 40 years. Not disappointed. Check in fast and friendly. Room, cosy, clean and very comfortable. Staying at Hotel as we were attending an event. Food was excellent, very tasty with large helpings. Staff all very efficient, friendly and helpful. Free parking around the side of Hotel. "

"The staff were lovely and polite, put us in a room on the first floor as the lifts weren’t working and were available via text message when we needed them. The room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. It is near a busy street so there was a lot of noise from outside but I’m a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother me. It’s definitely worth the price for a few nights in the city when travelling on a tight budget. "

"Perfect for stay while relative in hospital. 8 minute's drive to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. Room was spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Table with 2 chairs, dressing table and fridge in room. Plenty coat hangers and ironing board/iron. Breakfast was lovely. Couldn’t fault it for the price. Lovely peaceful room "

"The reception staff were helpful, making our check-in process easy. The room was of a good standard, except the headboards showed some signs of damage/wear and tear, and clearly needed replacing. When we mentioned this to reception staff later, we were told that the hotel was in the process of replacing all of the headboards, and our room was due to be done soon. The buffet style breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements. "
