The location was perfect for me, with so much interesting street life nearby and within walking distance of some of the tourist spots. It’s also easy and cheap to get a Grab taxi if you’re feeling a little tired and lazy! The service at the hotel was fantastic. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Four hrs after my checkin at sharp midnight, 3-4 Burmese young hooligans (two men and 1-2 women) came into my floor. They were extremely loud and yelling all over on the hallway and their room. "This hotel was recommended by a local friend. Just book a one night stay. After arriving at the hotel and finishing the check-in procedure then go upstairs and enter the room. After a few minutes the staff hadn't brought the luggage into the room so I made a phone call and then brought the suitcase in. At night that I found that the suitcase had been pried open and the password was changed. Amazing! (I changed to this hotel from another hotel and the luggage did not touch by anyone). "Cockroaches everywhere in the room. Room was cleaned once on request during our three days stay. Buffet breakfast was not much choice. Location was not the best. Better value and service elsewhere "

"After check in at first day, I got the room which not same in a post. I'm feel not good and requested to change room, the reception accepted my requested and gave me a new room till my OK and accepted without any additional charge. I'm appreciated in this matter.
