"1. Room dirty full of cobwebs 2. Only a small window to outside world, which is blocked 50% by AC unit. Hence room is dark. 3. Dark room is breeding lot of musketoes 4. No hot water. 5. No elevator. Had to carry heavy baggage up 2 floors."

"Staff were so rude and not helpful at all. When we asked for the extension of our stay we were asked to pay almost double the price. Price was reduced after the long bargain. Airport vehicle was arranged at a very high price, almost double the normal price. WIFI was limited. Not suitable for foreigners. ."

"When I booked the reservation, they said they will be providing the 2 king beds, unfortunately they have provided just 2 single beds which weren’t at all good. Rooms were not that great. I have asked for extra bed and they provided it by charging 400 ripped. My total stay was disappointing. The good part is breakfast and some staff were good."
