"Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. There are many good hotels in the area, this isn't one of them"

"It is not worth the stay. Staff is courteous. Rs 500, govt safari ticket they charged us 2000+ with no addons( not even a bottle of water). We had to drive ourselves to to the safari pick up point and had to wait almost an hour to get a bus . "We paid and booked on Hotels.com. We reached the resort in the evening- after driving fro 4 hours with family., We were shocked to find the Resort CLOSED. NO INTIMATION, WHATSOVER... and they claim to be in the Hospitality business.. How callous and irresponsible... Will never recommend this resort to anyone- Highly Unprofessional."

"The Food served was horrible and over priced, the cook knows nothing of cooking, we had ordered for Chicken 65 for snacks, we were served just fried stale chicken.The normal Egg Bhurjee was served with curry leaves, which is really unheard of.I had pointed the same to the Manager Mr Shah.
