"Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again. "

"Arrivés pour 18h, nous nous rendons à l'hôtel et non a la résidence pour le check in, appartement réservé sur Hotels.com pour 8 et pour une valeur de 156 euros, quelle stupéfaction lors de l'accueil avec la personne en place, elle nous demande de régler en PLUS 176.5 euros pour le ménage...(pour une nuit) prix incompressible et c'est comme ça sinon on peu aller voir ailleurs!!!! "1- hotel was not clean and full of bugs and spiders. It was in yhe ceiling (photo attached) 2- No wifi given 3- no tv was at the room although it says in the hooking that there is a tv. 4- towels are so old and could not even use them! "The Aurora mountain chalet was fitted out to a very high standard. It had everything required for a relaxing vacation. The views were amazing and the location in the village of Kaprun was very quiet and peaceful. The cycle path was only a few meters away and a short ride or walk straight to the cable car and restaurants.
