We were there right before Christmas and delightfully surprised at a HUGE light display on a house walking distance away- the whole neighborhood came out to see it!! So fun! Walkable to the pier, ferries, museums, botanical gardens, TMAG. Great views. Oh! and check out Rivulette River Walk nearby to see resident platypus...
