"Overall, the property was very nice and good value. Just a couple of maintenance related issues such as the balcony door was misaligned and was not easy to lock. The bathroom door was squeaky and the bright air conditioning light would not turn off with the remote. I also strongly recommend the management to consider putting some contrast strips on stairs. Just make it easier for people with low vision to navigate. Overall, the property is very nice comfortable, staff is very nice and friendly....

"Location was super. The hotel looks good in appearance. The room was big, clean but not noise proof. The maintenance was bad expecially of rest room, was slippery and wet. The bed spread had stains in it. The restaurant food was great. They cooked meals on order. Breakfast had a variety of spread. "

"We stayed here as it was close to my friends wedding that we attended. We were happy to stay here for two night. It was comfortable for the duration of the stay. The staff were so lovely, and could t do enough for you. They brought a coffee and a chai up to our room. We would go back if we needed somewhere for a short duration in that town again."

Extremely expensive for the facilities it offers and its location. The Receptionist (Manikandan) was out to swindle us even for small things like auto fare and tickets for cultural shows. Food is okay, nothing great. Property looks good only in photographs."

I then called them when I reached India which was option 2. Firstly, the number they provided was not the number to call. The person then gave me 2 different numbers. "Property should not advertise on Expedia. Had no record of our reservation and did not have one of the rooms we requested. Were not prepared for our stay at all. Adjusted by providing an extra room. None of them had toiletries and none of the TVs worked. One room was in back of hotel where people were burning trash and could smell in room. Would have given even lower rating but they did try and make things right but it just is an incompetent way of running a service oriented business by making...
