"The rooms were not clean and the bed made squeaky sound and was not even. The bathroom had spider web and the pot was broken. We had a terrible experience and would not go to the property again. There were no guests in the hotel and the photos are misleading on the website. "

"I spent only two nights at Fort House and wished I could have stayed longer! It is located on the edge of Fort Kochi's central area, it is an oasis but still within walking distance--and there is no shortage of tuk-tuks. "This hotel is a gem. The rooms are clean, well appointed and spacious with fabulous furnishings. We ate at the restaurant which offered a range of delicious dishes and spent time around the pool. The staff are a delight, always smiling and eager to cater for every guest. The only comment i would make is that there is not much in the area, but if you're looking for a deserted beach or if you have transport, then this really isn't a problem."
