After 2 hours of waiting, I was transferred to another room which was bigger and had all the missing amenities. External noise is easily heard within the room especially if you have a noisy neighbour, like I did. The room rate was expensive considered the room. You can find better deals elsewhere."

"cleanliness is okay. parking is adequate and safe. just a little sad, my room is booking for 3 people. there are 3 beds. but towels only get two. for extra towels increment rm6. a little sad. because of other hotels when booking. no extra charge, I paid for 3 people. 3 beds. there should be 3 towels. for the convenience of tourists. But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious."
