"Customer service was great. However cockroaches were observed almost everyday in the room. Rats running around above the ceiling. Pigeons noise from above ceiling day and night. Should offer more breakfast options other than just vegan nasi lemak and sandwiches. Door sound insulation was bad. Add a door bottom seal could probably improve the sound insulation as well as sealing bottom gap and prevent cockroach entering the room. The room also didn't have telephone to call the front desk. "

But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious."

Cramped, toilet was dirty, no toiletries provided except for a miserable small bottle of shampoo and body wash. No laundry bags, carpet was slightly damp and smelled musty.
