"Had booked a night of stay at the hotel under hotel.com. however,when reaching the hotel lobby mentioned that the hotel had only has business link up with Agoda instead.and the room I book was not available .and end up has to re-book another room!this was really really bad and causing delay to my personal itinerary. "Condition of the villa was not so gd. Toilet door was broken below. Swimming pool tiles were coming out and rusty in some areas. Bbq pit was in bad condition too. Kitchen cupboards had lots of big black ants. Sofas so old. "
