"This is a sprawling set of several buildings and smaller cabins. We were in the Begonia building at the end which requires a short walk around one building and down two flights of stairs from the parking lot. The view of Mount Kinabalu from this far building is unobstructed and beautiful. The wifi is only available near the cafe and registration building. "Decent facilities, polite staff. No reply to emails sent for transport arrangement to accomodation. "

"Pros: Beautiful greenery scene; Room is big. Cons: Water pressure too low.. hard to shower; Worst soundproofing ever.. I can hear the conversation from next room, and also the footstep outside my room, too much noise; No bedside table."

"Great place with nice rooms and beautiful view (both to Mt Kinabalu and Kota Kinabalu). Standard Malaysian breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menu. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room (104) was very good although there are a few ants around (so make sure not to leave food around). Bed, shower and toilet were nice and clean. Internet worked quite well (not guaranteed in this area). Our best place in Sabah so far (out of 6 good hotels)."

No property toiletries provided I.e face/hand towels, shampoo & conditioners. Aircond had leaks. Doors & windows leading out to the beach was broken. A lot of red ants all over the property. "
