"Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend. "

"Dirty lobby and terrace areas, towels were dingy and worn out, hotel sign and building need fresh paint, located in a dusty industrial area, nothing of interest in the area, noise throughout the night from people talking in the next room, doors banging, and vehicles going by. We checked out earlier than planned. Even the GRAB driver laughed and asked us who suggested this hotel to us. Liked that the bed is clean and there’s a new store in the next building."
