"Booking done incorrectly, staff was incompetent to correct. Had to re-book cause they couldn’t fix now I have extra room paid for a stay I have to fight for a refund from Orbitz. Unfair and inconvenient that should have been an easy fix at check in. "

We checked out earlier than planned. Even the GRAB driver laughed and asked us who suggested this hotel to us. Liked that the bed is clean and there’s a new store in the next building."
