"The property is pretty run down already, not worth for the price paying for it. The only plus point is near a train station."

"We were only here for one night and didn’t have high expectations but our room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The service in the lounge/bar was not good. A lot of staff but they had to refer to the manager as they knew nothing about what was on the menu etc. Some of our order was incorrect and the process was a little like being at Fawlty Towers! The staff definitely need further training but our stay was good despite our food experience "

"Great for a short stopover,300m walk to klia2,then you can get the free shuttle to klia.Breakfast was a shame with majority of hot food being nearly cold,We had tea at klia2 as the food crt on all levels having a good choice of everything and buzzing with people had a great atmosphere."
