"We got the Vana villa with pool, after a mix up which gave us the garden view albeit with a small upgrade charge. Reasonable and worthwhile. The place was serene and peaceful. The villa was clean and neat. Bath tub was a bit problematic, only used once and was clogged. The pool within the villa was used the most. "Hotel and the rooms are getting run down. The hotel is in need of renovation and repairs. We had spacious room and the bathroom was reasonably clean with no hand soap and broken shampoo bottle and 1/3 rd of toilet paper roll. The reception desk staff were rude, and clueless. The area around the hotel is kind of dark and shady. "
