"The hotel is great for everymatter only minus is the entry and reception area which is quite small and not conveniently planned for such a big 5 star hotel.It was rather like 3 star hotel enterance.Besides there was no concierge ready to handle our suitcases on arrival and leave to help us therefore we had to carry them up and down by ourselves and to the taxi during the check-in and check-out.This was rather like hostel wise rather then a 5 start famous brand hotel."

The location is perfect it has best restaurants downstairs and is 3 mins walk to skanderbe square. Their breakfast was so yummy. I am so happy with the stay at their hotel.
