"Unfortunately, we have had many issues during our stay most of it because of the owner. 1. We booked the premium room and paid extra for it, however, the owner told us that was already full and didn't give us the room even though we paid for it. 2. Breakfast was included in our stay, but the owner claimed it is not included and we had to show her proof several times by showing her hotels.com documentation before she had to accept. She gave 1 tomato to 4 of use which clearly wasn't enough 3....

"When we arrived, we were disappointed by the size of our room. We were upgraded to a lovely corner suite on the top floor, the next day! Both the hotel and the property were absolutely stunning enchanting. Old world charm at its finest! The staff was exceptional!"

"It was a nice small family hotel and the family running the hotel was great. They were very approachable and helpful and I was able to get some really nice advice from them about seeing the island. Furthermore the service in general was great and welcoming too"
