"front desk staff was so nice. I arrived very early and she was able to let me into my room earlier than the check in time! The transit system around the hotel is very good and there is a great gas station next to the hotel convenience. It is also very close and walkable to many major sites, the beach, museums and more. The room itself was very clean, it was a HUGE room. The bed was comfortable and the re was more than enough space to relax."

"Conveniently located close to the beach. The room was clean, modern and comfortable - balcony was also nice. The amenities are great for a nice summer stay. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices, dinner was also very nice and excellent value. Krassimir at the front desk was very polite and attentive - all personnel were kind and greeted us every time. We will definitely stay here again when back in Varna."

"Firstly the car park which was crowded had no spaces and eventually when we got the car parked the hotel charged us 15 lv for one day The rooms were smelly and the shower was full of mould , so we never showered there The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were too The pool was dirty and full of leafs around it Would never stay there again"

"The outside (building) fresh paint does NOT match interior condition. Staff was amazing and accommodating, they are the only reason I gave the two stars! BUT the actual place is in urgent need of updating! Carpet was so gross we did not want to touch barefoot! I asked if we can change rooms, was shown another and it looked the same. The best I can describe it is a 60s-70s wall-to-wall dark blue mess, that has seen so much chemical treatment it felt like plastic! And yet still covered in stains...

"It’s our second time staying in this hotel. It’s very clean and modern inside, within walking distance to the beach, park, and the city center. Staff is very friendly, and they go above and beyond to make the best for travelers stay. The only complaint that the rooms are pretty small, and our rooms didn’t have drawers, just shelves, for the personal belongings. So, for the short stay this place is fine. "This is a newly renovated property and it is very clean and above normal standard for the area. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. "Rooms are not cleaned (maybe once a week) Rooms are very small and old facilities are not good. At first day my wife was locke in shower and couldn't get out and since there is no emergency call buzzer or phone in shower she needed ask help from other guests. At breakfast you need to wait for about 15 minutes in line in order to get puncakes and food itself was very low quality. Pool is relatevly good and not very crowded.
