"The location of this hotel is perfect! It's right by the main plaza and close to restaurants, banks, and shopping. At night, we were able to walk around the plaza which was decorated for Christmas. Our room was clean and the A/C was cold. Our room was a bit small, but we were only there for one night so it served its purpose. The staff was friendly and helpful. "If you don't want to sleep this hotel is for you... Roosters next door started crowing 3am and until 11pm the brewery company infront of the hotel were working with moving beer crates back and forth so it was extremely noisy late... For the hotel it was unfriendly staff(impolite to my gf in tagalog so I wouldn't understand what they are saying). We didn't get our daily complimentary water. No toilet paper. The bed sheets had stains that hadn't been able to get clean from previously...

"I like the set up for the transients, because it gives you the opportunity to connect with them. The staffs are solicitous and attentive to the needs of the visitors. Breakfast is ok.
