"The receptionist was not very friendly due to being overworked. The check-in was rushed and unfriendly and the check-out with the same receptionist was again rushed. It would have been nice if she could at least have asked me how my stay was. The breakfast Supervisor was superb, super friendly and yet very professional. The room was spacious, the bathroom as well but it would have been nice if it had toiletries. The shower gel dispenser had a liquid that I could not find out if it was once hair...

"The host is very friendly and especially after a long drive it is very nice. The house is conveniently located, you can walk to the ski elevator in Kitzski or take a bus to the Brixen im Thale valley where you can ski in the SkiWelt resort. The apartment is clean and pleasant. There is storage space for skis and snowboards in the basement and a dryer for your sports boots.
